1.     Contract Agreement:

o   These Terms and Conditions govern any Order placed with Im Your Laundry Ltd via our website, mobile app, SMS, or any other platform. By placing an Order, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

o   Please note that these Terms and Conditions may be subject to change, with the current version applying to each Order placed. You will be notified of any changes which may affect you via email.

o   Ensure to read and understand these Terms and Conditions thoroughly before placing an Order, as they define our liability under specific circumstances. You can only place order from the Website and our App if you are eligible to enter into a contract and over 18 years old. Please note, orders valued under £19.00 will incur a minimum charge of £19.00.

 

2.     Definitions:

o   Contract: Refers to the legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and us (Im Your Laundry Ltd) for the provision of services.

o   An event outside our Control: Any circumstance beyond our influence, such as the unavailability of services, providers, or essential materials necessary for service provision.

o   Item: Refers to any garment collected from the customer in connection with an order.

o   Order: Represents the customer's request for services placed via the Im Your Laundry Ltd website or app.

o   Services: Mixed washed and tumble dried orders collected from and delivered to the customer's specified address.

o   Service Providers: Third parties contracted by Im Your Laundry Ltd to aid in the provision and fulfilment of laundry services.

o   Terms: Refers to these Terms and Conditions, subject to periodic amendments.

o   We/Our/Us: Im Your Laundry Ltd, a registered company in England and Wales under number 15642829 and our registration address is Suite 46-47 Fifth floor, The Whitehouse, 111 New Street, Birmingham, UK.

o   Website: means our website www.imyourlaundry.co.uk

 

3.     Placing an Order:

o   Verify the details of your Order before submission, as we are not liable for errors made by you. If you believe you've made a mistake, please contact us promptly.

o   The contract is formed upon our email confirmation of Order acceptance, which includes an assigned order number.

o   Each order will receive a unique order number, which must be referenced in all communication and correspondence with us.

o   If We are unable to fulfil your Order for any reason, We will let you know by email or phone call.

 

4.     Changes to Your Order:

o   Changes to an Order can be made 4 hours prior to the scheduled collection time in website or by contacting our Customer Service or by emails.

o   We may, with your consent and at our discretion, make changes to your Order as an alternative to cancellation.

 

5.     Cancelling or Rescheduling Your Order:

o   Limited rights to cancel an Order are provided under specific circumstances.

o   Cancellation is possible 4 hours before the collection day. If you require rescheduled within the fixed four hours window or outside our office working hours 9am-6pm weekday, Im Your Laundry Ltd reserves the right to apply additional fees for the rescheduling. The reschedule is subject to availability.

o   Once an Item has been collected, cancellation rights may be forfeited.

 

6.     Our Rights to Cancel Your Order:

o   We reserve the right to cancel your Order under certain circumstances, including Events Outside Our Control or failure to make Items available for collection. if you fail to make Items available for collection; or if we consider that any Item does not correspond with the Order or damaged.

o   If we cancel your Order, we will contact you by phone or in writing by email.

o   If we cancel your order, we will inform you by email or phone call and we will not charge you anything, and you will not have to make any payment and We will arrange to redeliver the Item(s) to you at the original redelivery time or as soon as possible.

 

7.     Collection and Redelivery:

o   We strive to collect and re-deliver Items at specified times but cannot guarantee exact timing. We will try to communicate to you and delivery as soon as possible if any delay occurred.

o   Failure to accept redelivery after 30 days may incur additional charges or result in Item disposal or donation.

o   In the event that delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time or incorrect address, a fee of £5.00 will be applied for each subsequent redelivery attempt. Im Your Laundry Ltd will make every effort to arrange a convenient redelivery time.

o   You may grant us written permission to leave an item in a designated secure location without requiring your signature for acknowledgment. By doing so, you accept that this action is solely at our discretion and entirely at your own risk. We will not be held liable under any circumstances for damage, theft, or loss of items delivered under this arrangement.

o   Our 24-hour service is available only in specific locations and may be subject to the items and services chosen.

o   You are accountable for ensuring that we and/or our contractors have adequate access, including free parking facilities if necessary, to carry out the Services as reasonably required.

 

8.     Standards of Service:

o   We provide Services with reasonable care and skill, but cannot be held liable for delays or non-performance due to inaccurate information provided by you e.g. an address is incomplete or inaccurate.

o   We only offer Wash and tumble dry service. Our washing and Tumble drying process: The laundry is washed using a 30-degree cycle and tumble dried at medium heat. Due to our high volume of processing, we may not accommodate individual preferences such as specific temperatures or washing powders. Please be aware that items are not ironed as part of our service.

o   Our Colours Separation on 12kg mixed clothes process: We'll sort your clothes into lights and darks colour. While we'll handle this with utmost care, we can't be held responsible for any bleeding or colour transfer that may occur during the cleaning process.

o   Damaged Items: We cannot be held liable for damage to items since we wash by load and do not inspect the care labels of each garment. For garments requiring special treatment such as leather, silk, cashmere, fur, velvet, and other delicate items, please ensure they are suitable for machine washing and tumble drying.

o   Laundry items are all mixed washed and dried by load rather than individually. Consequently, we cannot accept liability for missing items.

o   We strive to deliver best washing and drying services, yet some stains may prove challenging to entirely remove, and therefore, we cannot guarantee complete stain removal. Please note that if a stain persists despite our efforts, it does not qualify for a refund, as the service has been rendered.

o   We'll measure the laundry by weight, with a minimum weight requirement of 6kg. We'll confirm the weight after weighing it at our facility. Orders below 6kg will be charged 6kg prices and orders above to be charged as per additional kg prices.

o   We shall not be held responsible for any Items submitted to us that carry an elevated risk of damage, including but not limited to Items:

·       With special cleaning requirements or instructions.

·       Damaged or stained.

·       Containing extraneous or hazardous items such as pins, jewellery, coins, pens, etc.

At our discretion and with your consent, we may agree to provide the Services for those Items at your own risk.

o   We are not responsible for failures or delays resulting from Events Outside Our Control. In such instances, we will notify you, and obligations under these Terms and Conditions will be either suspended or cancelled as necessary.

o   If there is a problem with the services, notify our Customer Service team promptly of any issues with the Services. Complaints should be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

 

9.     Price and Payment:

o   Prices for Services are detailed in our price list and are subject to change.

o   You will see an exclusive price list when placing an order once you have a subscription.

o   We reserve the right to charge a Service Fee, which may vary.

o   Payment is captured upon Order placement but processed upon receipt of Items at our facility.

o   Our prices may include VAT, contingent upon the legislation where the order is fulfilled. However, if the tax rate changes between the date we accept your Order and the date of payment, we may need to adjust the VAT rate accordingly.

o   Upon placing an Order, we capture the payment but do not directly charge your card, although some banks may display it as a recent transaction. Payments are processed upon receiving your Order at the facility or after cleaning. If your final total exceeds the captured amount (i.e., if we need to update your Order accordingly), it may reflect on your recent transactions, but the captured amount will be released once we have taken the full payment. Payment will be deducted from the debit or credit card details provided with your Order. If for any reason we are unable to process payment, you will be responsible for the outstanding amount plus interest at a rate. You must pay the overdue amount along with any accrued interest.

 

10. Our Liability to You:

o   Compensation for loss or damage is subject to specific guidelines and limitations.

o   We are not liable for any damage, including but not limited to colour loss, shrinkage, or any other type of damage.

o   Certain liabilities are excluded or limited under these Terms and Conditions.

o   Im Your Laundry Ltd offers compensation for loss or damage based on the Fair Compensation Guidelines from the Textile Services Association (TSA). These guidelines factor in wear and tear and the item's age, with the requirement for proof of purchase such as receipts or bank statements. Compensation doesn't cover additional costs like shipping or alterations. Our liability is limited to £50.00 per item, with proof of purchase required. You must report any loss or damage within 48 hours of delivery, and we reserve the right to inspect and photograph alleged damage. All our orders will be washed and tumble dried only. Considering our limited knowledge of item values, we recommend that you arrange insurance for coverage.

o   We won't be liable for any single item exceeding £250.00. Additionally, we're not accountable for foreseeable loss or damage e.g. damage to buttons, zips, or similar parts. We shall not be held liable for damage to items that were not subjected to our inspection or undergone re-cleaning by you or a third party

o   Upon delivery, it is imperative to inspect the items promptly. If you suspect any loss or damage, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving the items. We retain the right to inspect and photograph any purported damage to the items.

o   Im Your Laundry Ltd reserves the right to maintain permanent ownership of any damaged item(s) in our care if compensation is issued for the damage.

o   We do not exclude or limit our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Breach of the terms implied by the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (title and quiet possession)
  • Defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987

12. How We May Use Your Personal Information:

o   We use your personal information to provide Services and may contact you about similar products or services.

o   Your personal data is not shared with third parties except for Service Providers.

o   If you would not receive any marketing emails please email us.

 

13. Re-cleaning Policy:

o   Re-cleaning applies to items cleaned by Im Your Laundry Ltd, subject to conditions.

o   Each order undergoes thorough checking before it's returned to you. However, if you're not entirely satisfied, simply reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We promise to re-clean your items at no extra cost. Requests for re-cleaning submitted after 24 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

o   To request re-cleaning for your items, please email our Customer Service team at imyourlaundry@gmail.com. Kindly describe the issue and attach any relevant photos. A Customer Service agent will promptly reach out to you to coordinate a convenient time for recollection.

o   Stain removal is not guaranteed, and certain conditions apply.

 

14. Vouchers and Promotions:

o   Vouchers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may be subject to expiry dates.

o   Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and are non-transferable, and have no cash value.

o   Only one voucher or code can be used per transaction.

o   Our first-time order promotion is limited to one per household and can only be used once.

o   To redeem a voucher, simply present the code found on the voucher during checkout and it must be used within 24 hours.

o   Im Your Laundry Ltd reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time and without warning.

o   Minimum order amount is £19.00 included using any vouchers and promotions.

 

15. Subscriptions:

o   Our subscription plan offer a discount for all orders. Service fee is excluded if any.

o   There is minimum order of £19.00 for any subscription order.

o   Our subscription plan come with an existing discount and cannot be further discounted using additional vouchers or discounts code by customers during purchase.

o   One subscription is limited to one per household and cannot be share.

o   Payment will be deducted from your saved card.

o   All Subscriptions are non-refundable.

o   Subscription is non-transferable and each subscription is for one delivery address.

o   You may cancel anytime and discount will be stopped once.

 

16. Referrals:            

o   For each successful referral, both parties receive a £2 discount.

o   All new referral vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

 

17. Other Important Terms:

o   We reserve the right to transfer our rights and duties under these Terms to another entity, and we will notify you in writing of any such transfer. However, this transfer will not impact your rights or our obligations.

o   This agreement exists solely between you and us; no other individual or entity can enforce its terms.

o   Each section of these Terms operates independently. Should any section be deemed unlawful by a court or relevant authority, the remaining sections will remain valid.

o   These Terms are governed by English law and are exclusively under the jurisdiction of English courts.
